WASHINGTON – Senator Chuck Grassley announced today that the U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration has awarded a $153,614 competitive grant to Spencer. The funds will be used to help rehabilitate a runway, apron and taxiway at Spencer Municipal Airport.
"These funds will help improve the safety and service provided by the Spencer Municipal Airport," Grassley said.
