WASHINGTON – Senator Chuck Grassley today said that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded a $261,000 competitive grant to the Iowa Chronic Care Consortium in Des Moines.
The Iowa Chronic Care Consortium will use the money to help pay for a telehealth network grant program.
