WASHINGTON — Senator Chuck Grassley has secured $686,000 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to Sioux City for the KD Station.
This funding was secured by Grassley in the Consolidated Appropriations Bill for fiscal 2008. These funds will help demolish KD Station.
“These federal funds will help demolish KD Station and allow Sioux City to again use that area for new economic interests,” Grassley said.
