WASHINGTON – Iowa’s Dr. David Barker will testify before the Senate Budget Committee tomorrow, October 25, at the invitation of Ranking Member Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). In addition to serving as a member of the Board of Regents and partner in Barker Companies, he is a published writer and researcher who has taught at multiple Midwest colleges, including the University of Iowa. Previously, Dr. Barker was an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
