WASHINGTON- Senator Chuck Grassley today announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of Rural Development has awarded a guaranteed loan of $10,056 to the Mental Health Clinic of Tama County in Toledo through the Community Facility Guaranteed Loan Program.
“This funding will help fix the roof at the Mental Health Clinic in Toledo so they can continue to provide quality services to Iowans,” Grassley said.
The Community Facilities Guaranteed Loan Program provides government-backed credit enhancement to private lenders seeking to finance community-based public facilities.
Mental Health Clinic of Tama County will use the funds to help replace shingles for the leaking roof.
