WASHINGTON – Senator Chuck Grassley will hold five town meetings in Iowa during the week of Sept. 1 as part of his annual 99-county tour.

With these meetings, Grassley will have been to every one of the state’s 99 counties this year for meetings with Iowans.  Grassley has held a meeting in every county, every year since he was first elected to serve in the U.S. Senate.

On Sept. 2 and 3 Grassley will be in Rockwell City, Odebolt, Holstein, Denison, and Jefferson.

“Representative government is a two-way street.  It’s strengthened by dialogue between elected officials and the people we represent,” Grassley said.  “I appreciate the opportunity to hold town meetings, answer questions and take comments.”
