WASHINGTON – Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), a senior member and former chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, today joined Neil Cavuto on Fox News Channel to discuss the first day of the hearing to consider the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to serve as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. They discussed the Democrats’ false claims that Judge Barrett would take away access to health care and protections for Americans with pre-existing conditions, as well as Democrats’ scheme to pack the Supreme Court with left-wing judges.
