WASHINGTON – Senator Chuck Grassley announced today that the U.S. Department of Transportation has awarded a grant of $225,750 to the Des Moines Regional Transit Authority.
"These funds will help provide ADA accessible buses for those with disabilities in the Des Moines area," Grassley said.
The Des Moines Regional Transit Authority will use the funds to help lease 16 ADA accessible buses.
