WASHINGTON - Senator Chuck Grassley today said that Iowa State University and the University of Iowa will receive competitive grants totaling $493,738 from the National Science Foundation.
Iowa State will receive $351,688 to fund the project entitled, “Shock wave induced freeform technique (SWIFT) for manufacturing of diamond microtools.”
