$630,999 to Iowa Universities from the National Science Foundation


WASHINGTON - Senator Chuck Grassley today said that the National Science Foundation has awarded two competitive grants totaling $630,999 to Iowa State University and the University of Iowa. 

 

The National Science Foundation will distribute the funds as shown below.

 

·        Iowa State University will receive $249,999 for a project titled "Expanding Technological Literacy Through Engineering Minors."

·        University of Iowa will receive $381,000 for a project titled "Probing Molecular Transport in Nanopores with Confocal Fluorescence Imaging."
