"In addition, there's still a lot more to be discovered about why the Justice Department and the FBI fell down on the job. How were the labs allowed to be so lax about security? When problems were discovered, were changes made in the contracts between the labs and the University of California?
"The recommendations contained in the Cox report should be implemented immediately. The administration should stop making excuses and, instead, ensure our national security."
