WASHINGTON- Senator Chuck Grassley today announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Development has awarded a guaranteed loan of $85,000 and a grant of $15,000 to the Project Restore Foundation in Stuart through the Community Facility Guaranteed Loan Program.
The funds will be used to purchase audio visual equipment and furnishings for a community cultural center in Stuart.
“These funds will help improve the community cultural center in Stuart,” Grassley said.
The Community Facility Grant Program provides grants to assist in the development of essential community facilities in rural areas and towns of up to 20,000 in population.
