Grassley to Meet with Community Leaders in Dubuque

WASHINGTON – Senator Chuck Grassley will be in Dubuque on Tuesday, April 10, for a roundtable discussion with community leaders.

The meeting was planned to follow up on a February trip to Washington by Dubuque area leaders to discuss economic development issues.  Grassley had to cancel his planned meeting with the group during that visit due to Senate votes.  He said he’s traveling to Dubuque next week to make up the meeting and continue a dialogue with community leaders.

The event will be hosted by the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Dubuque, Dubuque County, the Greater Dubuque Development Corporation, the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, and the Dubuque County Historical Society.

It will be held from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in Meeting Room 4 of the Grand River Center at 500 Bell Street in Dubuque.
