WASHINGTON – Senator Chuck Grassley announced today that the U.S. Department of Transportation is giving $7,799,200 to the Iowa Department of Transportation.
“This money will help the Iowa DOT to get the vehicles and facilities they need to keep working in the best interest of Iowans,” Grassley said.
The Iowa Department of Transportation will use the funds to obtain replacement vehicles and to fund facility projects for
Ames , Des Moines and Johnson County SEATS.
