Senator Grassley will meet with Iowans in Washington, D.C., from the American Physical Therapy Association, Iowa Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Iowa Professional Fire Fighters, Iowa Rural Water, Iowa Citizen Action Network, Iowa Association of Regional Councils, Iowa Alzheimer’s Association, Iowa Renewable Fuels and the Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
Senator Grassley will meet with Iowa students visiting Washington, D.C., from the Forest City Boy Scouts, the University of Iowa Dental School, Whiting Community Schools and Clinton Community College.
Senator Grassley will meet with Iowa families visiting Washington, D.C., from Marshalltown, Ankeny, Urbandale, West Des Moines, Des Moines, Calmar, New Hampton, Sioux City, Waterloo, Oskaloosa and Cedar Falls.

On Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at 10 a.m. (ET), Senator Grassley will chair a Drug Caucus hearing on “Is the Department of Justice Adequately Protecting the Public from the Impact of State Recreational Marijuana Legalization?”
On Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at 2:15 p.m. (ET), Senator Grassley will participate in a Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights hearing on “Section 5 and ‘Unfair Methods of Competition’: Protecting Competition or Increasing Uncertainty?”
On Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. (ET), Senator Grassley will participate in a Budget Committee hearing on “Budgeting Blind: The Unreliability of Federal Financial Data.”

The committee may also consider the nominations of Elizabeth J.
