During Senate debate today, Senator Chuck Grassley said the health care reform law enacted two years ago is resulting in millions of Americans losing the coverage they had, despite the President's promise that "if you like what you have, you can keep it." Grassley also said the $575 billion in Medicare cuts in the health care law break a promise made by the President during consideration of the reform legislation that he wouldn't touch Medicare.
