$574,649 to Iowa from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services


WASHINGTON – Senator Chuck Grassley today said that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded $574,649 to Iowa.

 

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will distribute the money as shown below.

 

·        Iowa Department of Human Services in Des Moines will receive $200,000 to help enhance family support services in Iowa.

·        University of Iowa in Iowa City will receive $374,649 from the National Institute of Mental Health for a mental health research project titled, "Behavioral Treatment for Autism in Community Settings Using a Telehealth Network.
