$689,283 to Iowa State University from the National Science Foundation


WASHINGTON - Senator Chuck Grassley today said that Iowa State University has received two competitive grants totaling $689,283 from the National Science Foundation. 

 

Iowa State University will use the money as shown below.

 

·        $369,795 to help pay for a project titled, "RI: Small: Robot Grasping of Deformable Objects."

·        $319,488 to help pay for a project titled, "Nanoprecipitation in Turbulent Liquid-Phase Vortex Reactors: A Fundamental Investigation of Scale Up Using Experimentally Validated CFD Models."
